Current and planned outages:

With thousands of customers on our network and the large number of calls received during and after an outage, it's not feasable to call everyone back with a live person. So we have set up a system specifically to notify those users about current and upcoming outages.

From the Total Highspeed Outage Map you can view all currently reported outages in your area, you can also sign up to receive notifications just for the area that you are interested in as well as the severity. There are Andriod and iPhone apps available so that you can stay informed and up to date on the go.

Our outage map runs on a free open source program called Ushahidi.
